Your Schedule on the Mobile App
Learn how to view your assigned schedule on the Workglue mobile app and find Jobs that are not on your schedule.
When you open the Workglue mobile app and log in, your schedule loads on the home screen. The schedule shows every Job you are scheduled to work on, so you can see at a glance where you need to be and when.
Viewing your schedule
- Open the Workglue V2 app.
- Log in if you are not already logged in.
- Your schedule loads on the home screen.
Each entry on your schedule shows
- Job name. The name of the Job you are scheduled for.
- Date and time. When you are scheduled to be on site.
- Address. The Job address.
Select any Job on your schedule to open the Job Details page.
Unscheduled Jobs
If your office admin has given you the right permission, you also see an Unscheduled Jobs button at the bottom of your schedule on the home screen. Select this to see every Active Job in Workglue, even ones you are not scheduled on.
Use Unscheduled Jobs when:
- You are sent to a Job at the last minute and were not scheduled.
- You need to clock in on a Job that was not on your schedule yet.
- You are filling in for another worker.
Not every worker has access to Unscheduled Jobs. Permission is controlled by your office admin. If the button is not there and you need it, contact your office admin.
When a Job is not on your schedule
If you expected to see a Job and it is not on your schedule, it is because you were not scheduled for that Job. Reach out to your supervisor or office admin to:
- Add you to the Job schedule.
- Confirm whether you should be working that Job at all.
You cannot add yourself to a Job schedule from the mobile app.
Schedule changes
When your office admin updates your schedule in the web app, the changes show up on your mobile app. If you do not see an expected update, close and reopen the app to refresh, or pull down to refresh the schedule view.
