WIP Reports displays one Job at a time. There are three ways to choose which Job you see:

- Select the Job from the list.
The dropdown loads Jobs in batches and shows the count ("Loaded 25 of 51"). Type a partial Job name, customer name, or Job number to filter the list.
Use the arrow navigation
The header shows "Job X of Y" with left and right arrow buttons. Use the arrows to step through Jobs one at a time in order.
Use the Filter Jobs dropdown
Select Filter Jobs in the top right to filter the list of Jobs available in the selector. Filter options include:
- Archived. Show or hide archived Jobs.
- Job Types. Filter by Commercial Exterior, Commercial Interior, HOA Exterior, HOA Interior, Industrial, Prevailing Wage, Residential Exterior, Residential Interior, and any custom Job Types your company uses.
- Job Stages. Filter by stage including Closed stages.

Use the Filter Jobs dropdown to narrow WIP Reports to just the Jobs you manage. A project manager can filter to their own Jobs only, or filter by Job Stage to focus on Jobs in Reviewed - Ready to Bill.

- OT Hours To-Date. Overtime hours logged so far.

The percentage in the donut is calculated automatically from hours. The percentage below the donut is what the supervisor manually reports.

Opening the Job from WIP Reports
Select the Job name anywhere it appears as a link in WIP Reports to open the full Job page. Use this when you need to edit Job details, change the Job Stage, add Tasks, post messages, manage the estimate, or work with files on the Job. WIP Reports is a read-only summary view, so any changes need to happen on the Job page itself.
Use WIP Reports as your weekly Job review starting point. Open the Job, scan the Finance Overview and Cost Breakdown, then switch to the Job page only when you need to make a change.
