Employees

Employees are users in your organization who have access to Workglue.

You determine their permissions in the web and mobile app by assigning Employee Position(s) and System Role. Employees may be deactivated and reactivated at anytime.

All employees are required to have a first and last name, as well as a unique mobile number. Users needing access to the Workglue web app require an email address.

Enter your workers' information, emergency contact information, availability, and set their position(s).

Payroll

The different hourly rates entered are used by Workglue for job costing reports. As hours are worked on a job, Workglue uses the hours worked, payroll rates, and overtime rules to calculate labor cost.

Availability

Set the days of the week the employee is available. On the scheduler, they will appear as unavailable.
