Opportunities
Opportunities are Sales Leads that have not been won. Schedule Job Walks, push leads to Paintscout, and send estimates.
Opportunities are created by a user in the web app or automatically using our Zapier Integration. Use the list to view and filter all sales opportunities in Workglue. Search by name using the search menu.
The Bid Board is where Job Walks for leads are scheduled.
Using our Zapier Integration, Bid Board appointments can be zapped to an external Calendar.
Create an Opportunity from any page

Click the +Add button in the top right.

Select New Opportunity.

Create or select a Customer

Enter an Opportunity name.

Choose the Job Stage.

Click Create Opportunity.
Opportunity names must be unique. This helps keep reports and records accurate.
Create an Opportunity from the Opportunities list

Go to Opportunities.

Click the New Opportunity button at the bottom of the list.

Create or select a Customer.

Enter an Opportunity name.

Choose the Job Stage.
- Select Create Opportunity.

Select Customers.

Click the New Opportunity button at the bottom of the list.

Create or select a Customer.

Enter a unique Opportunity name.

Choose the Job Stage.
