Logging In and Out of the Mobile App

The Workglue mobile app uses SMS verification for login. You enter the mobile number on your employee profile, Workglue sends a verification code by SMS, and you enter that code to access the app. This means you need access to the mobile number on file with your office admin to log in.

Logging in

  1. Open the Workglue V2 app.
  2. Enter your mobile number, including the country code.
  3. Select Send Code.
  4. Wait for the SMS with the verification code.
  5. Enter the verification code in the app.
  6. You are logged in.

Troubleshooting login

If you do not receive an SMS verification code within a couple of minutes:

  • Check the number you entered. A typo in the number means the code goes somewhere else.
  • Check signal. Make sure you have cell signal or are connected to Wi-Fi.
  • Check with your office admin. The mobile number Workglue is sending the code to is the number on your employee profile in Workglue. If that number is wrong, the code will never reach you. Your office admin can update the number from your employee profile.

Logging out

  1. Open the Workglue V2 app.
  2. Select your Profile.
  3. Select Log Out.

You will need to log in with SMS verification again the next time you open the app.

Staying logged in

The Workglue mobile app keeps you logged in between sessions on the same device. You only need to log in again if you log out manually, delete the app, or switch devices.

If you switch phones, you log in with the same mobile number on the new device.
