Internal Messages and Field Messages

Internal Messages in Workglue are meant for internal office communication. These messages are not viewable in the mobile app. Group messages between office staff may be created with multiple conversations happening at the same time.

Field Messages are for communicating with the crew working in the field. These messages are viewable by anyone viewing the job on the web or mobile app.

If migrating from Workglue 1.0, the Notes/Messages field from the job detail page is now located on the Field Messages tab.
