How to Schedule Workers
To schedule workers, a Job must have an active status. An Opportunity cannot have workers scheduled.
Schedule Workers on the Jobs overview page

On the Job Overview, select Schedule Workers.
- Select the shift start and end dates.
- Select Workers.
- Save.

Select Jobs

Click on Schedule

Select By Worker or by Job
Schedule by Worker

Find the worker you want to schedule.

On the shift state date, click the green +.

Select the job.

Enter the shift hours if different from your company's default setting.

Enter the number of repeating days, including weekends if necessary.

Optionally, assign a job-specific task for this worker.

Save.
Schedule by Job

Find the job in the left-hand column.

Click the green + on the shift start date.

Set the hours if different from your company's default setting.

Enter the number of repeating days, including weekends if necessary.

Select the Workers.

Save.
