How to Schedule Workers

To schedule workers, a Job must have an active status. An Opportunity cannot have workers scheduled.

Schedule Workers on the Jobs overview page

  1. On the Job Overview, select Schedule Workers.

  2. Select the shift start and end dates.
  3. Select Workers.
  4. Save.

Schedule Workers using the Scheduler

  1. Select Jobs

  2. Click on Schedule

  3. Select By Worker or by Job

Schedule by Worker

  1. Find the worker you want to schedule.

  2. On the shift state date, click the green +.

  3. Select the job.

  4. Enter the shift hours if different from your company's default setting.

  5. Enter the number of repeating days, including weekends if necessary.

  6. Optionally, assign a job-specific task for this worker.

  7. Save.

Schedule by Job

  1. Find the job in the left-hand column.

  2. Click the green + on the shift start date.

  3. Set the hours if different from your company's default setting.

  4. Enter the number of repeating days, including weekends if necessary.

  5. Select the Workers.

  6. Save.
