How to Get Started with the Workglue Mobile App
The Workglue mobile app is for field crews and on-site work. This guide covers the basics to get you started.
Download the Workglue V2 Mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Enter your phone number.

Enter the verification code sent to you via SMS.

You're now logged in and will see your schedule and tasks once assigned.
Once you are scheduled for work, a job will appear. Select the job name, and you will see all the information for this job.
Some users will have permission to see Unscheduled Jobs. Select this to view all active jobs in Workglue.
What you can do in the mobile app

Upload and view daily job logs.
- Get job information, such as directions and customer information.
- View and sign off on your time sheets.
- Communicate with the crew and office staff using Field Messages.
- View and upload photos, documents, and videos.
- Write notes for and complete checklists and tasks.
- View work orders.
Your company's office admin controls your mobile app permissions. Please get in touch with them if you are unable to see certain information.
